ZenaPay: Terms and Conditions for Clients

The terms and conditions stipulated herein signify a contract (the “Agreement”) between the Client and ZenaPay. Please read the Agreement before using the software application. 

Click “Agree” to demonstrate that, as a client, you have read, understood, and agree to the Agreement.

 

1. Terms of the Agreement

By accessing this software application, the client confirms that he/she has read and reviewed this Terms and Conditions Agreement and is willing to comply with its provisions. Accessing and using the software application is prohibited if the client does not agree with any of these terms. 

ZenaPay will only grant access to those who accept its terms. The applicable copyright and trademark law protects the software application’s materials. 


Purpose

ZenaPay is a comprehensive software solution specializing in payment systems. These General Terms and Conditions define the usage terms for ZenaPay’s services (referred to as the “Services”) and outline the rights and obligations of all parties involved.

ZenaPay’s service is an Ethereum wallet provided in a Software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. The terms “Client” and “User” refer to any individual or entity using ZenaPay’s service.

These terms can be accessed at any time on ZenaPay’s official website. They may be supplemented by specific conditions for certain services, with the latter taking precedence in case of discrepancies.


3. Privacy Policy

Before continuing to access the software application, we advise clients to read ZenaPay’s Privacy Policy. It will help them further understand the practices and the user data collection. 


4. Access to Service

Access to ZenaPay’s services requires legal capacity, either as an individual or an entity acting through an authorized representative. ZenaPay assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation. 


5. Registration

           5.1 Account Creation

Clients must register on ZenaPay’s website and provide all required information. The registration process creates an individual account, and the client is responsible for managing user access and administrative roles.

           5.2 User’s Wallet

Users access their ZenaPay wallet through their login credentials, which they must keep confidential. Any misuse of an account should be reported immediately to ZenaPay.

           5.3 User’s Permission

During the use of the ZenaPay wallet, the client allows access to the internet. 


Data Safety 

           6.1 Data Collection

ZenaPay may collect usernames and passwords from users. ZenaPay may also obtain the user’s ID for account management. It will also save public and private keys in local storage for transactions. In addition, it will also keep pending transactions in the local storage and may be deleted once complete. 

           6.2 Data Deletion

ZenaPay supports deleting user data through its system application. 

 

7. Service Description

ZenaPay serves as an Ethereum wallet solution, providing a range of essential features to facilitate seamless interaction with the Ethereum blockchain. Key functionalities include:

  • Wallet creation.
  • Restoration from other platforms.
  • ETH transfers.
  • Receiving of ETH.
  • Balance tracking.
  • Transaction history review.
  • Pending transaction monitoring.

Updates and enhancements to these services are at ZenaPay’s discretion.


8. Financial Terms

           8.1 Pricing

Prices of subscriptions are listed on ZenaPay’s website and may be subject to promotional offers or changes.

           8.2 Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or digital currencies through secure platforms.

           8.3 Subscription Changes

Client can modify their subscription level, subject to terms outlined in their account settings.

           8.4 Price Adjustments

ZenaPay reserves the right to adjust prices with adequate notice provided to clients.

           8.5 Invoicing

Invoices are issued for each subscription period and sent to clients through appropriate channels.


9. Proof and Data

ZenaPay maintains data records as evidence of transactions and calculations of dues.

 

10. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, cooperating with ZenaPay, and ensuring proper use of the services.


11. Client Guarantees

Clients agree to defend and indemnify ZenaPay against any breaches or liabilities arising from their use of the services.

 

12. Prohibited Behavior

Misuse of ZenaPay’s services, including unlawful activities, hacking, or unauthorized use, is strictly prohibited.


13. Breach Sanctions

ZenaPay reserves the right to take appropriate action against any breaches, including service suspension and legal action.


14. Liability and Guarantee

ZenaPay aims to provide services diligently and securely but cannot be held liable for issues beyond its control or due to client negligence.


15. Intellectual Property

All content and technology related to ZenaPay’s services are protected under intellectual property laws.


16. Personal Data

ZenaPay adheres to data protection laws and details its practices in a separate Privacy Policy.


17. Third-Party Links

ZenaPay is not liable for third-party sites or services accessed through its platform.


18. Customer References

ZenaPay may use client references and logos for promotional purposes.


19. Amendments to Terms

ZenaPay reserves the right to amend these terms, with clients notified of changes.


20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of ZenaPay’s headquarters, with disputes subject to local courts.
